The car they should have invented when I was 40, not 60. The re-incarnation of the little Landar I had raced in the sixties had me spell-bound from its first announcement. It was out of my price bracket, so I had to wait until they came down to somewhere near half new price, before I could pounce.
I bought it on my 61st birthday, some might say a silly car for a 61 year old, but I loved from my first drive. It has enabled me to go back to the tracks I raced on as a lad, and have great fun , together with my sons, a perfect bonding exercise, as one might say.
